Included in our services are any or all of the following:  searching and locating your desired vehicle; negotiating a price on the vehicle if sourced from another dealer in a transaction we arrange; arranging the loan or lease financing; providing extended warranties; and handling your trade-in.  Our relationship may include the following:

1. Any existing warranty on your vehicle is provided by the manufacturer or other 3rd party.  Smartway Advisors does not provide warranties, repairs, or service for vehicles.  If needed, repairs and warranty work should be obtained from an appropriate service center.
2. Any broker fees for our services will be included in the purchase price or capitalized cost.  The fees will be paid to the broker by the seller or lessor upon delivery of the vehicle.  Specifics regarding collection of broker fees will be disclosed to you in writing prior to completion of the transaction.
3. For vehicles sold/leased from our own inventory, we are acting as a motor vehicle dealer (not an agent for the buyer or lessee).  As  such no broker service fees will be charged since we are representing our own interests in this situation.
4. Interest rates quoted may be negotiable under certain circumstances.  Additional compensation may be paid to us by the funding provider in the form of fees or loan points.  These additional costs are included in the charges to you.
5. For service contracts purchased through Smartway Advisors that supplement the manufacturer's warranty, we may receive additional compensation from the warranty provider. The additional compensation is included in the price of the Service Contract.
6. We will not charge or collect any fees until you purchase your vehicle.  Aside from government-related fees, no additional fees are due at vehicle purchase.

The terms "we" and "us" refer to Smartway Advisors.  The terms "you" and "your" refer to the buyer or lessee.
